How much is the deposit and how do I pay it?+
The deposit depends on the car class (from €150) and is paid at pickup in cash or by card pre-authorization. With Full Coverage the deposit is €0.
What documents do I need to rent a car?+
A valid driver license held for at least 2 years and your passport or ID. No documents are needed online — bring them to pickup.
Can I drive to Croatia, Albania or other countries?+
Yes — select the cross-border option when booking. We prepare the Green Card paperwork. Kosovo is not permitted.
Can I cancel my booking for free?+
Yes, cancellation is free up to 48 hours before pickup. No prepayment is taken online.
How does airport pickup work?+
We meet you at arrivals with a name sign — free at Tivat and Podgorica airports. Share your flight number and we track delays.
What is the fuel policy?+
Full-to-full: you receive the car with a full tank and return it full. No prepaid fuel schemes.
